We provide a trip with the assignee to have an overview of his new location. Touring residential areas, schools, shopping districts as well as any other requirements the assignee or their family may have. We also give insight to different aspects of day to day living.

Our welcome package offers information to the assignee concerning their new home area. They will find practical information concerning day to day living. Our welcome pack includes a local map of the city, local magazines, emergency contact and public transport information, etc.

We assist the assignee to locate a temporary serviced accommodation. Upon request we also provide pick-up from his hotel or airport.

We guide and support the assignee and their family to comply with legal requirements according to their status. Where necessary, we also accompany the assignee for filing of their applications and follow-up on status of same.

Our relocation specialists will evaluate the assignees needs and the employers’ requirements and assists in the preview and selection of appropriate housing (either rental or purchasing). They escort the assignee during the visits. We review the transferees’ rental contract; assist with negotiations and do the property check-in. We also assist with connection of utilities, etc.

Our education expert discusses the family's needs and guides the assignee in their selection of schools, escorts them in there search and assists in the entire admission procedure according to the child's needs.

We provide all inclusive door to door household removal services by air, sea or road. Our move consultant visits your home to determine your needs and provides you with a quotation tailored to your specifications. See our moving section for more details.

There are a large range of services that can be offered to the assignee and their family. This can be as simple as assistance to buy furniture or open a bank account or as complicated as assisting you in obtaining a Greek driving license. Please ask us and we’ll be happy to assist.Our goal is to help the assignee and their family settle comfortably into Greece.

Telephone assistance operating from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm Monday through Friday or in some cases even on a 24 hour basis. The assignee and their family are welcome to call us for solutions to problems they may be facing i.e. They may be looking for a plumber, an electrician, a car rental service or even information for their vacation, etc.

We offer specialist services either in-house or using one of our approved service providers, such as handyman, electrician, carpenter, plumber, satellite dish installations, piano tuning, maid service, air conditioning installations, pool table specialists, window and carpet cleaners, car and boat transportation, etc.

Cultural courses are arranged in order to help the assignee and their family to adapt easily in their new cultural environment.

For the cases where an escort is needed in order to translate to the following languages i.e. French, Greek and English.

Options and suggestions are offered as well as assistance to register the assignee and their family to a required language programme.

We provide information and advice to the assignee’s partner for possible employment in the local market.

Our relocation specialist coordinates and manages ongoing tenancy issues, repairs or any other needs that may arise. We will negotiate rental contracts and renewals.

This package is targeted to offer the transferee a stress free move onto their next assignment. We give proper notice to end their rental contract. A walkthrough is performed to note and coordinate any repairs that may need to be carried out in order to avoid any last minute landlord problems. We arrange disconnection of utilities and also assist informing clubs, insurance companies, post offices, etc in change of address.
